Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Certifications (Highly Recommended): CCNA, CCNP, or other network/security certifications
As a Network Analyst, you will be part of the Network Operations team, responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining IT network solutions across multiple regions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Network Monitoring & Maintenance
• Monitor critical WAN links using tools like Zabbix
• Ensure 24/7 network uptime and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Perform network asset backups
• Device Configuration & Management
• Configure, upgrade, and monitor Access Points and Switches
• Manage Avaya Phones and Media Gateways
• Administer Avaya PABX Systems
• Operational Workflow
• Work efficiently within a ticketing system and shift-based operations
• Adhere strictly to company security standards
Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure: switching, routing, wireless, proxy
• Strong knowledge about LAN, WAN
• Experience with WAN link configuration
• Familiarity with 802.11x wireless authentication
• Knowledge of security threats and vulnerabilities
• Understanding of network services: Active Directory, DNS, patching, content filtering
